Le Groupe de travail 1 de l’ATI est chargé de la mise en œuvre de l’Action 1 de la Déclaration de Séville sur DRM :

Les membres de l’ATI s’engagent à soutenir le renforcement de la mobilisation des recettes nationales (MRN) sur la base de politiques fiscales équitables, sensibles au genre et à l’environnement, ainsi que d’administrations fiscales justes, efficientes, efficaces et transparentes.
