Le Groupe de travail 3 de l’ATI est chargé de la mise en œuvre de l’Action 3 de la Déclaration de Séville sur DRM :

Les membres de l’ATI s’engagent à appliquer des politiques cohérentes et coordonnées qui favorisent la mobilisation des recettes nationales (MRN) et combattent les flux financiers illicites (FFI) liés à la fiscalité.

Le groupe est co-coordonné par la Commission européenne,  le Nigéria, le South Centre, et le Royaume-Uni.
