The ATI Tax Gap Community of Interest (COI) provides a platform for members to exchange experiences, share emerging practices and engage with peers and experts on issues related to tax gap estimation. Our quarterly meetings are an opportunity to present country experiences, discuss methodological developments, and shape the direction of the community together.

Agenda:

Presentations by IMF (Supriyo De, Søren Pedersen, Shan Zhong) and ICTD (Giulia Mascagni, Adrienne Lees) on the current approaches to informality assessments and target setting.
Reflections by partner countries representatives.
Open discussion.
Agreements on the work of the COI going forward (use of existing meeting formats, chairing roles).
