SUPPORT TO THE TAX ORGANISATION ICEFI PHASE III

The main objective is, through institutional support to the Central American Institute for Fiscal Studies (ICEFI), to facilitate covergences that will lead to to social and political treaties or agreements that will permit the establishment of solid fiscal policies that concur with the aspiration of a majority of the Guatemalan population on what kind of state they want.
