Support to the Customs Administration of Montenegro in the field of excise

This contract shall provide detailed technical and functional specification for the new National application of excise, development and installation of the new national application for excise in IT system of Customs Administration (CIS), its implementation in IT System and interconnectivity and interoperability with other customs applications/data bases in Customs information System of MCA which are related to excise, as well as with future EMCS applications provided.
