To strengthen tax administration in Ghana by providing HMRC international tax technical assistance to the Ghana RevenueAuthority. A more effective, efficient and fair tax system will contribute to enhance Ghana's domestic revenue mobilisation and gradually reduce aid dependency over the duration of the programme. This will indirectly benefit the wider population of Ghana.
