Support to Public Finance and Public Administration Reforms

The present programme shall target public finance and public administration reforms and aim to enhance accountability and public service delivery through improved Government performance. This will contribute to the objective of ''Reinforcing the rule of law for enhanced accountability and equity in public service delivery'' in the component 1 of the Single Support Framework (SSF) 2014-2017.

Indicator 4: Increase the collection rate of new imposed taxes: The collection rate on newly imposed taxes is well below that of the more established income and sales taxes.
