Global Relations Programme (GRP)

Donor
The OECD's Global Relations Programme (GRP) is an annual series of 50-60 interactive learning events covering a broad range of tax policy and administration topics that are delivered by the OECD, primarily to participants from non-OECD economies, including developing countries. The purpose of the programme is to engage all interested countries in a dialogue on the development and implementation of global standards and guidelines on taxation. The CRA leverages the OECD's GRP for its capacity building efforts by participating in, on average, 4-6 events each year. In consultation with the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, the CRA identifies needs and key areas where its expertise would add the most value.
