Assistance to the tax authorities in the developing countries in the form of providing educational services, like training, semi-nars and lecturing, in order to develop and/or strengthen the overall tax knowledge proposition of existing Tax Academies, or to establish new ones, so that the capabilities of the rele-vant authorities in revenue mobilization and improvement of tax climate will increase and thereby enhance country devel-opment.
