Administration Agreement between the European Commission and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning the Strengthening PFM Oversight and Accountability Institutions in Iraq

Support the Government of Iraq in addressing some of the key vulnerabilities in Iraq’s Public Finance Management system through a programme of technical assistance, capacity development, associated knowledge and learning, and change management activities. The development objective is to strengthen systems of accountability and oversight at federal and regional levels.
