Strengthening CSOs in promoting inclusive and transparent budget proccesses in Union Parishads

Overall Objective: Strengthened capacities of CSOs to engage in inclusive and transparent decisions on budgets and expenditures.
Specific Objectives: 1) Strengthened existing legal and democratic spaces and accountability mechanisms, which allow adequate and inclusive representation of CSOs in budgetary processes; 2) Enabled fair, transparent and inclusive budget processes through developed and institutionalized partnerships between Union Parishads (UPs) and CSOs.
