Short Term Technical Assistance Expert to support the drafting of the PNG National Border Development and Management Strategic Plan (NBDMSP) phase

The specific objective of these Terms of Reference is to assist PNG in the development of an initial and synthetic first draft of the National Border Development and Management Strategic Plan (NBDMSP) a detailed work plan and a budget for the development of the final detailed version of their PNG NBDMSP.
