Support to the Non Tax Revenue Act implementation

The objective of the assignment is to assist the Department of Finance (DOF) implement revised Non Tax Revenue administration arrangements to ensure all non tax revenue collections are remitted to the Consolidated Revenue Fund (CRF) without deduction to support the National Budget. This body of work is both substantial and time sensitive and other donors are providing complimentary technical assistance to ensure that all of the required tasks are performed cohesively with other DOF led PFM reform projects and are achieved within the relevant timeframe.
