Building Alliances for Budget Accountability in the Western Balkans

The project aims to increase government responsiveness toward civil society engagement on priority budget and service delivery issues. Outcomes 1 Improved fiscal transparency participation and oversight and 2 Enhanced civil society capacity and strategic engagement in budgets and public services. Main activities 1 Support to civil society in all IPA countries; 2 Implementing 2 rounds of the Open Budget Survey in 6 countries. A pilot survey will be conducted in Kosovo.
