300009003 Strengthening the Tax Dispute Resolution System of Azerbaijan

The global objective of the project is to contribute to the reform of the tax dispute resolution system of Azerbaijan through actions aiming to improve the coordination of administrative appeals and litigation mechanisms for tax disputes. The specific objective of this project is to reinforce the legal institutional and human capacity of the STS to provide a credible independent and timely resolution of taxpayer objections.
