The ATI welcomes Bangladesh

The Addis Tax Initiative (ATI) welcomes Bangladesh as its newest member, strengthening the global multi-stakeholder partnership dedicated to promoting fair and effective domestic revenue mobilisation (DRM), policy coherence, and the social contract. With Bangladesh's admission, the ATI now comprises a total of 72 members, uniting 31 partner countries, 20 development partners, and 21 supporting organisations in pursuit of tax systems that work for people and advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

By formally endorsing the ATI Declaration 2025, the government of Bangladesh demonstrates its commitment to ensuring better public service delivery through fair, efficient, and sustainable DRM.  

The Addis Tax Initiative looks forward to a collaborative partnership with its newest member. As Bangladesh joins the ATI, the initiative continues to broaden its impact, creating synergies, and fostering collaborative relationships in the areas of taxation and development.
