Consultancy Assignment for training on petroleum fund, To be awarded under Norad framework agreements with three competing expert consortia.The training is part of the OfD programme in Ghana, under the Revenue Management Component. Target group is members of the Bank of Ghana petroleum fund secretariat and members of the Investment Advisory Committee established to guide the Minister of Finance on petroleum fund governance issues.
