Study visit topics: the organizational structure and functioning of the Italian Revenue Agency. In particular the recruitment, selection, training and placement processes. Concerning the training process there was a major focus on methods and types of trainings for tax officials and evaluation on training activities. Moreover brief overview on HR Transformational Change in EU/OECD and IOTA, the EU TAX Competency Framework – TAXCOMP EU, the knowledge Sharing Platform (KSPta) FTA/OECD.
