The project focuses on accelerating policy progress the African continent. Specific locations for operations will be confirmed when contracts are implemented, however communications hubs will be located in Francophone Africa (possibly Senegal), and in Arabic-speaking North Africa (ideally Tunisia), while the lead researcher is likely to be highly mobile, and will cover the region but initially focus on: Botswana, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa and Tanzan
