Strengthening Transparency and Accountability in Public Financial Management System in Vietnam (STRENGTH)

Overall Objective: To enhance budget transparency and accountability in Vietnam through increased and effective participation of citizens and civil society organisations in State budget processes.
Outcome 1: Citizens, CBOs and CSOs increase engagement and feedback in State budget Process and public investment projects.
Outcome 2: Mechanisms for government-civil society collaboration and dialogue on PFM related issues are institutionalised and effectively implemented.
