Concept Note ATI Monitoring 2016

The ATI monitoring aims to:

1. monitor the progress made against meeting the three ATI Commitments,
2. enable peer learning through the dissemination of good practices,
3. identify regional and topical trends in the area of DRM, and
4. give an outlook on planned future activities to enable effective coordination.
