Administration Agreement for the World Bank trust fund for the Public Financial Management Reforms for Institutional Strengthening Project

This is a joint project to strengthen the Liberian institutions in Public Financial Management through a trust fund managed by the World Bank. The Project will improve domestic revenue mobilization systems and strengthen financial control and accountability in public finances.
