Improvement of economic governance strengthening GoA capacity to support public private partnerships and its public procurement framework as well as reinforcing fiscal sustainability; support GoA identify policies aimed at (i) strengthening the business environment; (ii) supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs); and (iii) increasing firm productivity; and assist the Armenian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in drafting comprehensive assessment of the judiciary sector.
