Launch of ATI's Sevilla Platform for Action (SPA)
Scaling up domestic resources for sustainable development: the Addis Tax Initiative’s Seville Declaration on Domestic Revenue Mobilisation
The ATI will support the implementation and monitoring of the outcome document of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) (FFD4), Compromiso de Sevilla, as part of the Sevilla Platform for Action. The initiative will be presented during a press briefing on Monday, 30 June 2025 5:45 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. at the Initiative Announcement Room, Pavillion 2, FIBES 1.
This initiative is co-led by ATI members The Gambia, Germany, Madagascar, Norway, and the European Union. During FFD4, ATI members will be invited to endorse the initiative.

Background: the Sevilla Platform for Action (SPA)
Building on the Sevilla outcome document, the Sevilla Platform for Action will mobilise alliances to implement specific actions of the document to address shared challenges towards the achievement of sustainable development.
Coalitions of countries and other stakeholders are invited to launch voluntary initiatives to deliver measurable progress to boost a renewed financing framework put in place by the Sevilla outcome document with a highly ambitious package of concrete actions.
Implementing entities will be invited to voluntarily share updates on progress in implementation in future editions of the FFD Forum.
