OfD consultancy and technical assistance petroleum revenue management

Design and strengthen the revenue management component of the OfD programme in specific OfD candiate and partner countries. Assignments will be awarded following mini-competition between the three consultant consortia that have entered into framework agreements with Norad. They are Vista Analyse, Menon Economics and Vidar Ovesen.
