Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations

CIAT is a regional tax organization with 38 member countries, primarily developing countries in the Americas. Its mandate is to strengthen capacity in the tax administrations of member countries through international cooperation and the exchange of experiences and best practices. Canada hosted the CIAT General Assembly meeting in May 2018.
