The specific objective is for Angola to develop an effective system to counter illicit financial flows by increasing the revenue and resources available to Angola to fund its own development. Expected results of the action are ER1. An effective national asset forfeiture system is designed and its implementation supported. ER2. Angola effectively counters illicit financial flows and money laundering ER3. Capacity of justice professionals including investigators prosecutors and the judiciary working on illicit financial flows in Angola is enhanced. ER4. The legal policy and institutional frameworks to tackle illicit financial flows are enhanced and in line with applicable international legal instruments.
