Global objective
The overall objective of this project is to support Montenegro in establishing an effective co ordination and management structure of EU own resources in line with the EU acquis and requirements under negotiation Chapter 33 (Financial and Budgetary Provisions).
Specific objective(s)
The specific objective of this project is to further align the institutional framework and legal basis with the EU requirements while ensuring the adequate administrative capacities for own resources in Montenegro
In more specific terms the project shall contribute to setting up proper correction mechanisms precise rules and regulations of own resources collection and availability of the traditional own resources payment of the VAT and GNI based resources setting up of a co ordination
