MAINSTREAMING OF DEVELOPMENT IN CTPA PHASE 2 & UKRAINE TAX PROGRAMME

The program consists of a mainstreaming component and a Ukraine component . The purpose of the mainstreaming program is to integrate the development aspect into all of OECD's tax work. The overarching high level objective is more effective domestic resource mobilization to support the sustainable development goals. The Ukraine program is responding to the challenges arising from the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The Ukrainian authorities approached the OECD and the Global Forum to seek support. The program has the overarching objective to support Ukraine in adapting its tax system to address the challenges of the conflict and begin preparing for post conflict international economic integration.
