Oceania Customs Organisation: Revenue Collection and Trade Facilitation Assistance

The Pacific Regional Customs Support initiative supports the Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO) as the peak body for national customs agencies in the Pacific. Australia is a member of the organisation through Australian Customs and Border Protection Service. The OCO has 24 member administrations and its mission is to promote efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of regional customs administrations. The OCO Secretariat provides program-related technical assistance to targeting developing member countries in areas such as revenue collection and trade facilitation. The value of this initiative is $1.8m over three years (2013-14 to 2015-16).
